Jimmy Juste - Chair

Jimmy Juste holds the positions of Diversity Advisor for the Old Colony YMCA and Founder of Innerve Consulting. Through his leadership roles, he has mentored many leaders in decision-making processes and worked with various partnerships to meet program objectives. The inclusion of musical competences and programs was improved via his work as the Office of Inclusion Director at Inly School, ensuring culturally sensitive procedures. His prior experiences include working as an upper elementary and middle school educator, as well as leading and facilitating class discussions, workshops, and meetings with students, parents, teachers, and the board of trustees as a member of the Diversity Council.

Kathleen Sullivan - Vice Chair

Kathleen Sullivan resides in Scituate, MA and is the parent of a student at SSCPS. She joined the Board of Trustees in 2023. Kathleen is an attorney at the firm of Malloy & Sullivan, LPC, and has practiced law for over 25 years, focusing on Employment and First Amendment law. She served on the Board of Trustees at the Inly School for over 10 years, and was Co-chair of the Board’s Committee for Diversity, Inclusion and Equity. Kathleen has a BS from the University of New Hampshire, and a JD from Suffolk University Law School. 

Tiffany Brown-Grier - Clerk (parent of SSCPS alumni)

Tiffany has been a parent member of the SSCPS community since 2013.  Tiffany has devotedly worked in the area of diversity, equity, and inclusion.  She has over 20 years of management and leadership experience.  She is a graduate of Virginia State University and lives in Randolph with her husband and two children.

Alisha Uhlenbrock-Furst - Treasurer (parent of SSCPS student & alumni)

Alisha is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the biotech, medical devices, digital marketing, and software development industries. She has lead multiple successful projects and commercial launches for various companies, spearheading critical integration and acquisition efforts while managing relationships within clinical stage development joint ventures. Alisha excels in cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. She received her Bachelor's degree in Consumer Affairs from Ohio State University as well as her MBA focused on Entrepreneurship from Simmons School of Management

Tracy Deveau -  Trustee 

Tracy has been a parent member of the SSCPS community since 2016.  Her children are now on Levels II and III.  Prior to joining the Board of Trustees, she volunteered as a committee member of the SSCPS Library.  She earned her doctorate degree at the Arizona School of Professional Psychology and is licensed by the state of Massachusetts as a clinical psychologist.  She lives in Norwell with her husband, Mark, and two children.

Bruce Frost - Trustee

Bruce has extensive experience in educational and directorial roles, from teaching grade school to organizing and directing educational programs for local youth. Most recently, Bruce is the Education Director for Friends of Holly Hill Farm, overseeing all educational programs, maintaining partnerships with over 40 schools & districts, coordinating grants and budgets, and more. He received his Master of Education from Lesley College, as well as his MFA from Vermont College and his Montessori Certification from METTC in Cambridge, MA.

Rowena Samuels - Trustee

Rowena has been a dedicated parent since 2016 and has served as a high school science teacher at SSCPS since 2018. She has children on Levels III and IV. Before her teaching career, Rowena spent several years at Accenture as a software engineer. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Ateneo de Davao University in the Philippines and a Master's degree in Education, specializing in Curriculum and Teaching, from Fitchburg State University. In her leisure time, Rowena enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family.

Dr. Andrew Sobers - Trustee

Andrew Sobers is presently the Vice President and Branch Manager at Homebridge Financial, where he handles the origination and processing of mortgage applications, as well as hiring, training, and managing personnel. Andrew Sobers has a Master of Science in Finance, substantial experience managing sales teams in the financial sector, and a comprehensive understanding of business process development.

Jerry Ford - Faculty Representative

Jerry joined SSCPS as a Math Teacher at the start of the 2022 school year. Before teaching, Jerry worked in the financial sector, including State Street Global Advisors and New York Life Insurance Company. He has constructed the school's most requested workshop in personal finance, which allows students to prepare for life after high school. He holds a Master of Education from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College. Jerome is dedicated to assisting students in developing the essential components of financial literacy and academic skills.

Kate Trowbridge - Faculty Representative

Kate has been a Learning Services teacher at SSCPS for six years, and has been in the education field for over 15 years. Before coming to SSCPS, she was the head of Special Education at a Charter School in Connecticut. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Curry College and a Master’s Degree from Bridgeport College. Outside of school, she is a mother of two children, one of which attends SSCPS.

Willow Shinney-Kalafatas - Student Representative 

Willow is currently a junior and this is her first year with the Board. As student representative she looks forward to helping communication between the student body and the Board of Trustees as well as voicing their concerns or ideas. Willow has been involved in several student groups and sports as well as volunteered at school events throughout her years at SSCPS. She hopes to continue to take part in bettering this community whilst pursuing her education.
