Chemical Creations

Tuesdays, Grades 3-5

Join us for an interactive and immersive journey into the world of science. Create and bring home a collection of awe-inspiring chemical marvels, including crafting a bouncy glob from glue and concocting eerie green slime. Fashion your very own UV bracelet and observe its fascinating reactions to sunlight. Witness the creation of snow and feel it's chilly embrace, experience the magnetic power of a high-performance magnet, explore the wonders of magic sand, and engage in a host of other thrilling experiments in this captivating and educational program.

Math Mavericks

Tuesdays, Grades 6-8

Calling all math enthusiasts in grades 6-8! Join the Math Mavericks Club, where we go beyond the basics to explore the wonders of mathematics. Together, we’ll dive into hands-on activities, exciting puzzles, and real-world math challenges designed to stretch your thinking and build your skills. Whether you love math or just want to discover its fun side, this is the club for you! No matter your level, come ready to learn, explore, and tackle new challenges with friends who share your curiosity.

Art Explorers: Discovering the World of Famous Artists

Tuesdays, Grades 3-5

Join us on a colorful, weekly adventure where young artists explore the inspiring world of famous artists and their unique styles! Each session, we'll dive into the life, techniques, and creativity of a new artist, uncovering the stories behind their masterpieces and understanding what made their art unique. After immersing themselves in each artist’s world, students will channel their inspiration into creating their own original artwork, putting new techniques and ideas into practice. It’s a fun and creative journey where young artists can experiment, learn, and express themselves!

Active Zone: Sports and Fitness

Tuesdays & Thursdays, Grades 3-8

Join us for a fun and flexible sports and fitness club where everyone can play! Whether you’re a soccer enthusiast, love trying different sports, or just want to stay active, this club is for you. Perfect for kids who enjoy sports but can’t commit to a team outside of school—and those already on a team are welcome too! Our main game is soccer, but we’ll mix it up based on what the group wants. Just bring your sneakers, some water, and comfy clothes, and get ready to move!

Creative Minds Club

Yoga and Mindfulness

Tuesdays & Thursdays, Grades 3-8

This fun and engaging class, combines the benefits of yoga and mindfulness with the magic of storytelling. Each session begins with an inspiring children’s book or story that sets the stage for our activities, helping kids connect with themes of balance, courage, and kindness. Through creative movement, calming breathwork, music, and interactive games inspired by the stories, children will learn to stretch, strengthen, and find inner peace. Join us to explore the world of yoga and mindfulness while diving into captivating tales and building confidence, resilience, and a sense of calm.

Kickboxing Fitness

Tuesdays, Grades 6-8

Kickboxing fitness is an exercise class that uses kickboxing/martial arts techniques that are good for both physical and mental health, and it’s a fun way to stay active. It also encourages discipline, focus, and self-confidence, all of which are important life skills. Kickboxing fitness is a positive outlet for stressors, an excellent form of self defense, and an overall empowering fun exercise class.

Art Club

Thursdays, Grades 3-8

Art Club is a welcoming space where students of all skill levels come together to explore their creativity and develop artistic skills. Whether painting, drawing, or experimenting with mixed media, members are encouraged to try new techniques and express their unique perspectives. Art Club is more than just an activity—it's a supportive community where students can share ideas, inspire one another, and find joy in the creative process. Join us, and let your imagination soar!

Natural Artists

Thursdays, Grades 3-8

Natural Artists is a program designed to help students view the world around them differently. The program will begin with a study of nature journaling, and focus on describing the plants and animals around them. Every activity is designed to be a blend that combines creative techniques with naturalist skills. Students will understand symmetry and repetition in nature through painting. Students will create collages to appreciate the landscape. Students will write and illustrate haiku to capture the feeling of the seasons. Through all this and more and more, students will engage with a world of nature and use it to create masterpieces.

The Art of Journaling

Tuesdays, Grades 3-5

Students will create their own mixed media journals using a variety of creative writing prompts, fun group storytelling activities, and art styles of their choosing. There will be optional opportunities to share their work with peers in the program. New prompts and activities will be incorporated into the second session for returning students but new enrollments are welcome!
